1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of All Too Human Limited ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

We provide IT consultation services including:

• Website Design
• Business Intelligence
• Process Automation
• App Development

All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of any access credentials
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• Pay agreed-upon fees in a timely manner

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services, including but not limited to software, designs, and documentation, remain our property. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use deliverables for their intended purpose.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and expect clients to do the same regarding our proprietary information and trade secrets.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the terms specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, you remain liable for all fees incurred up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
