1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of All Too Human Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide AI agent development, business automation, website development, and related technology consulting services. The specific scope of work will be defined in individual service agreements.
3. Payments
We accept payments in New Zealand dollars and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDT, USDC, and Monero). Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property created during the provision of our services will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, All Too Human Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
